Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) and its subsidiary, DCV Registros, would like to inform about the operating hours for the Local and Cross-Border Custody Services and the Shareholders’ and Investors’ Register’s Administration for December 24 and 31, 2021.

Equity deposit and withdrawal forms will be received through the current contingency protocol, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Cross-Border Custody services will be provided through the International Help Desk during regular working hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. according to the settlement schedules of our foreign custodians. Due to this, physical fixed income and money market instruments for deposits or withdrawals will not be received. Similarly, we will not receive any Deposit and Withdrawal forms through the contingency protocol (digital format) since the Custody Service will be closed due to a bank holiday. Cross-Border Custody services will be provided through the International Help Desk during regular working hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. according to the settlement schedules of our foreign custodians.
