Integration of the Lima Stock Exchange S.A. (BVL) and CAVALI S.A. ICLV (CAVALI)

Dear participants,

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) wishes to inform the market regarding the integration of Lima Stock Exchange S.A.A. (BVL) and CAVALI S.A. ICLV (CAVALI).

The aforementioned integration of the companies will come into force on July 1st, 2021 and as a consequence, the BVL will transfer the stock exchange business to BVL Servicios Bursátiles S.A. (Subsidiary), changing the company’s name to “Bolsa de Valores de Lima S.A.”; and the current BVL will become the controlling company of the shares of the subsidiaries that form part of the BVL Group (holding company), under the company’s name “Grupo BVL S.A.A.”.

This is a milestone for the BVL Group, since it will be more efficient and it will strengthen its structure, and does not result in any operational or legal amendments for the International Custody service that DCV offers.
