Display of the new DCV website and browser compatibility

Dear Depositors:

As you may know, in December 2020, DCV released its new communication site, www.dcv.cl.

This site incorporates an updated image, redesign in the navigation, improvements in the accessibility of the content; provides a mobile-friendly view and additional features, and enables more fluid, dynamic, and intuitive navigation.

The new technology where this communicational site is built, recommends using Chrome or Microsoft Edge compatible with Internet Explorer 11, for security reasons, and for the correct visualization of the content.

his access is not compatible with the use of Internet Explorer with compatibility view that DCV’s transactional platform requires. For this reason, we request you to consider opening the communication portal from the recommended browsers and maintain access to the DCV transactional site from Internet Explorer with compatibility view.
