Change of address for the collection of certificates of documents subject to Article 104 of the LIR

Dear Participants,

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) would like to inform you that as of next Monday, February 17th, the provision of statement of account documents under Article 104 of the Income Tax Law is changing its collection address.

As of this date, these statements shall only be delivered to the new offices located at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, Providencia - Torre Santa María.

We remind you that this type of certificate must be collected by duly authorized personnel for procedures with DCV, at the following times:

• Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor - Providencia between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays between 9:00 and 16:00.

The cost for this type of request remain the same.
