Processing of deposit and withdrawals forms with the client authorization letter

Dear Issuers and Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores informs on the procedure for processing deposit and withdrawal forms with the client authorization letter:

• Those depositors who require providing notice of these types of operations must send an email to custodia_contingencia@dcv.cl. This may only be performed by the registered and authorized operators as provided in the exception protocol adhesion form - Depositor, published on DCV's website (only validly adhered depositors).

• Its remittance will be valid if performed by the operator that is authorized in the standard form: "Deposit and Withdrawal of Equities Forms F.1". The relevant mail that contains this form must provide the agents that have been informed in the adhesion protocol (where these emails will indicate their validity).

• Only those forms that have the relevant client authorization letter (and which must regard issuers that are validly adhered to the exception protocol) will be processed.

• The letter is required containing the signatures of authorized agents; however, if this is not possible, it should be indicated in the body of the mail that it is being sent, "A letter is attached and it is considered part of the adhesion document."
