Communication to depositors, swap of Enjoy bonds

Dear Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that, at the close of business on October 9th, 2020, the “I” and “J” bonds series of Enjoy S.A. will be swapped, and will be issued against the line of bonds registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market (CMF) under No. 915 on October 30th, 2018.

The purpose of the bond swap will be to use the rescheduling of the “I” and “J” bonds series that took place by virtue of the Judicial Reorganization Agreement approved within the framework of Enjoy S.A.’s judicial reorganization process followed before the 8th Civil Court of Santiago.

“I” bonds series will be swapped for “K”, “L” and “M” bonds series, in accordance with the provisions of the fixed-amount bond issuance agreement registered under No. 1,043 in the CMF dated October 1st, 2020. Similarly, “J” bonds series will be swapped for “N”, “O” and “P” bonds series, in accordance with the provisions of the fixed-amount bond issuance agreement registered under No. 1,044 in the CMF dated October 1st, 2020.

Depositors who hold “I” and “J” bond positions at the close of business on Friday, October 9th, 2020, will receive at the beginning of business, on Tuesday, October 13th, 2020, positions in the new instruments, in accordance with the distribution reported by Enjoy S.A. to DCV.
