Attention in offices for custody and DCV Records during the second half of November 2020

 Dear Depositors,

The Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) and its affiliate DCV Registros inform on the commencement of the implementation of the return plan to offices and customer service.

We remind you that customer service associated with custody will be conducted upon appointment at custodia_contingencia@dcv.cl, while the respective appointment for the services associated with DCV Registros must be made at atencioncontingencia@dcv.cl.

Customer service will regard the services and procedures previously informed and described in the bulletin of July 29^th, 2020.

The dates and operating hours will be the following:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 hours, which will be effective from November 16 to November 27, 2020.

Preventive measures for customer service

We ask all clients to consider the protection measures that are being implemented and to respect at all times the preventive signage installed. This is applicable for all people who attend DCV’s offices located at Torre Nueva Santa María, Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, District of Providencia.

• The use of a mask is mandatory at all times.
• All people must carry their identity card.
• All people must identify themselves in the access hall (floor -1) with the DCV
• Registros receptionist, who will give them a magnetic card that allows their entry to the 24th floor.
• Once you enter the 24th floor, you must give the magnetic card to the security guard.
• Only people who carry out the procedure can enter; the entry of companions or minors is prohibited, except in cases where assistance is needed.
• All people must undergo temperature control at the access totem, follow the instructions for hand washing and show their identity card.
• Maintain, at all times, the recommended physical distance of 1.5 meters between people.
• Once the process is completed, the individual must leave immediately.
  The consumption of food or drinks is not allowed.

Those who will not be allowed to enter the 24^th floor

• People who register over 37,8° in the temperature control.
• People who are not wearing a mask. If the client does not bring theirs, they will
• be given a disposable one.
• People who do not have a previously confirmed reservation request.
