DCV Reminder N° 12 Do Not Forget these Two Important Things for Day Zero

Transactions Registration:

• All transactions that are rejected due to matching issues
  must be registered again (they cannot be amended).
• Please change the transaction password when registering
  them.

Transfers/reallocations:

• Transfers are movements between accounts from the
  same depositor.
• Movements in a depositor's own accounts and those of
  their corresponding investors are also considered
  transfers

Payment requests (PR):

• In DCVe, PRs must be registered as a counterpart for the
  Depositor and not for the Investor as they are registered
  today. Investor account transactions are selected in the
  application process (filter).
• A PR can be registered in DCVe regardless of whether
  he transaction has been entered or not and regardless of its
  status.
• In DCVe, a PR cancellation keeps the same rules as the
  current DCV web application.
• In DCVe, unapplying a PR keeps the same rules as the current
  DCV web application.

Corporate actions:

• In DCVe, an internal holdings draw will take place at
  the close of business of the day before the payment date,
  keeping the current definitions of the custody freezing
  (blockage). Report "R017 Depositors' Draw Notification"
  will be automatically available on the day of the draw and
  according to the channel subscribed by the depositor,
  after the close of business, starting at 9:45 p.m.

Non-physical deposit files - Issuer role (bank):

• In DCVe, the depositor's DCV code (CODEP) that
  manages that Investor must ALWAYS be informed
  as a counterpart.
