Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that in the "DCVe Today" Releases, we will be reporting the changes, benefits, recommendations, and any relevant topics related to the operation of the new DCVe Platform with which we have already become familiar in the 2021/2022 General Training Plan.

  • Billing Files: Considers only those that have been subject to changes in the DCVe Platform, as follows:

Billing Files
The current DCV application has different types of text files (TXT format) with the support of billing charges which are available in the depositors' file transfer folders on the first 10 days of the month.
  • Users in the new DCVe Platform will not have the current text files with billing charges available.
  • Instead, the F036 Client Details Invoice will be available, highlighting the following:
    • It must be requested to the Help Desk from the start-up of the new system until further notice, starting on the 10 of each month or the next business day. In the future, and once DCV confirms it through a release, users may check the information directly through the DCVe Platform.
    • Informs the totals of the charges associated with billing, where these are grouped by investor (when applicable), fee, and fee band.
