Overseeing transactions registered through a file The current DCV application allows running the 4-eyes approval process (oversight) for local transfer transactions and international transfers and purchase and sales transactions registered through files. For this, one of the participant's users must upload the transactions file and a second user, different from the first, approves the corresponding transactions.
4/6 eyes approval for transactions registered through a file In the new DCVe platform, those participants that require two different users to be part of the transactions registration process through files must conduct the approval through the 6-eyes process. If setting up the 6-eyes approval process, the same user that uploaded the file must do the first approval (4-eyes) through the DCV graphic user interface, and then the second user must do the required second approval (6-eyes). NOTES:
The 4/6 eyes functionality allows for conducting a bulk approval of the transactions.
DCV has initially set up these transactions with the 4-eyes approval process, which can be modified later by each participant.
