Terms and Conditions of the "Win by Completing the DCVe Activities"

Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Taxpayer ID number: 96.666.140-2, has made available the following contest:

First: Recipients

Natural Persons identified as "DCV services operators" and that are currently collaborators of the "DCV Depositor" Companies by April 2022 may participate in this contest.

This contest explicitly targets people with DCVe Security Administrator roles and other profiles defined in the DCVe Platform.

Second: The Contest

The contest's purpose is to give a prize to two different companies considering two different taxpayer I.D. numbers and CODEPs and their corresponding Security Administrators and Operators, considering their taxpayer I.D. numbers. To win the contest, the same people can be repeated among the different companies.

The first and second places will be defined through a draw between the companies that have completed all the following activities in the DCVe production environment https://dcvevolucion.dcv.cl, hereinafter, the "conditions of the contest":

1. Have at least two different users enabled with the DCVe Security Administrator role.
2. Assign minimum roles to all operators that will use DCVe.
3. Deliver the list of operators with their updated contact information (cell phone number, e-mail address, etc.)
4. All operators registered in DCVe must have logged in successfully at least once in the DCVe production environment https://dcvevolucion.dcv.cl.

The deadline to complete all the above activities is Friday, April 29, at 6 p.m.

Third: Prizes

The collaborators that work in the companies that obtain the first and the second prizes will get a surprise prize for all Security Administrators and another lovely prize for all operators.

Fourth: Selecting the Winners and Notifying Them

The draw will take place live via M.S. Teams on the date informed via e-mail and on the Company's website www.dcv.cl.

The first and second places will be chosen through a random method, previously validated and approved by DCV. The winner will be informed via e-mail.

Fifth: Collecting the Prize

Prizes will be given individually to all winners in the offices of DCV at Av.  Apoquindo 4001, Floor 12, Las Condes. Prizes must be collected no later than 30 calendar days after the draw; DCV may freely dispose of them after that date.

Sixth: Validity of the Contest

The contest considers all the activities conducted until Friday, April 29, 2022, at 6 p.m.

Depósito Central de Valores, DCV reserves the right to extend the validity of this contest merely by giving notice through www.dcv.cl.

Seventh: Responsibilities

The responsibility for the proper execution of the "contest's conditions" is exclusive to the companies defined as DCV Depositors and their Security Administrators, and DCV may not interfere in any of these activities.

The Depositor's Security Administrator's responsibility is to inform about the completion of the activities described in the "Conditions of the Contest" through an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject: Conclusion of the Contest's Activities + the name of the Company being represented. Please send only one e-mail per company.

Eight: General Conditions

1. Depósito Central de Valores, DCV, has the right to publish the names of the people or companies that have won the first and second prize of the contest and use their photos and names, and inform about the contest results without having to pay the participants or winners.
2. Participation in the contest involves the participants' express acceptance of its terms and conditions.
3. Depósito Central de Valores may decide on any items or issues that are not considered in these terms, always considering objective and provable criteria that represent the nature of the contest.
4. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the beneficiary of this contest to pay for any possible expenses that may arise from participating in it.
5. DCV or its subsidiaries, corporations, or related companies will not be responsible for any damages that participants may suffer due to this contest or the prizes they receive.
