DCV Evolución News No. 13 “Path towards the modernization of custody in the securities market”

Dear Depositors:

With this beginning of 2021, we inform you that the DCV Evolución (DCVe) project continues to progress. At the end of 2020, the first cycle of market tests concluded with the participation of a significant number of depositors, whose contribution was essential to find opportunities for improvement in the development of the new platform. As a DCV team, we thank you very much for the work done and your willingness.

Regarding the planning of the project, we can inform the following:

• The launch date is postponed to the fourth quarter of 2021, mainly due to the impacts of the pandemic and the change controls introduced to the new versions of the application.
• Due to the preceding, and prior to the start-up, new training cycles and market tests will be planned for all depositors, whose dates will be informed and coordinated on a timely basis.

It is in our interest that everyone participate in this process towards the modernization of custody in the securities market.
