We inform that in the session held on August 31, 2015, Viña San Pedro Tarapacá S.A. agreed to request the Santiago Stock Exchange to modify the current mnemonic code SAN PEDRO, which identifies its shares in the Santiago Stock Exchange, replacing it with VSPT.
In light of the above, as of today Monday September 7, 2015 Viña San Pedro Tarapacá S.A. shares will be listed and traded under the new market identification code VSPT.

As on other occasions, we would like to remind you that as provided in the provisions of the agreement with Depósitio Central de Valores S.A.’s (DCV), it is the responsibility of each Participant:
1. To maintain their list of authorized persons and respective signature registers updated, as well as the list of officials authorized to collect documents or securities from DCV’s premises. If you wish to know the representatives and officials your entity currently maintains registered, please contact our Customer Service Desk at the telephone +(56 2) 2393 9001 and make any necessary updates.
2. Appoint a Computer Program Security Administrator to whom DCV grants access to the enabled transactions for the registration of PCs (PC addresses through which the connection with the Computer System will be made) and the Registration of Users and their enablement as Operators (create and delete users, grant or cancel access authority to the transactions, determine the duration of the passwords, change passwords and define the PCs through which the respective users may establish the connections).
3. Moreover, such Participants who have subscribed the Forward Contracts Centralized Registry service shall keep updated the list of representatives with authority to subscribe contracts electronically through advanced digital signature, along with the respective digital certificates.
In light of the preceding, we suggest the review of the User-Operator designations and the profiles your Security Administrator has assigned to each one of them to date so that they can operate with DCV.

We advise that according to the agreement adopted at Farmacias Ahumada S.A.’s Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on February 24, 2015, and due to a special request of the Company, through Exempt Resolution Nº 169 of May 4, 2015, the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance canceled the registration of FASA in the Securities Register.
According to the dispositions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (Number 6.1.3), participants who hold share positions issued by Farmacias Ahumadas S.A. (FASA) shall, within 30 days from this notice, proceed to withdraw those securities.

With the purpose of ensuring that the various operations related to the National Custody service that are settled in Depósito de Valores (DCV) systems may be completed in the course of the respective day, the present circular letter is intended to inform of the specific hours for the services and activities as indicated, in conformity with the provisions set forth in Number 22.1.2 of the Internal Regulation:
Participants may request an extension of one day, but must do so at least 15 minutes prior to the established closing hour, in which case Number 20.2.4 of the Internal Regulation will apply.
This repeals Circular Letter Number 138 which referred to this matter.

Depósito Central de Valores informs its participants that on February 16, 2015, the Santiago Stock Exchange performed the cancellation of the registration of the corporation British American Tobacco Operations SA (CCT)” considering that the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance through Exempt Resolution No. 030 dated February 12, 2015, canceled the registration of the company in the securities register.
In accordance with the provisions of the Internal Regulation of DCV (No. 6.1.3), depositors that maintain a position of shares issued by British American Tobacco Chile SA shall, within 30 days of this notice, effect the removal of those securities.
