Dear Participant

Some time ago Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) launched a service that allowed Pension Funds (PFA) and Unemployment Funds (AFC) to invest in national funds installments type 2 to 8 (unknown installment value) and keep these instruments with DCV, reaching to date custody volumes equal to 400.3 million dollars.

We report that DCV has developed some improvements to this service, incorporating automation to the processing of mutual funds installments and others that allow the automatic generation of the contributions and subscriptions report which will be sent to the mailboxes of the contributing Participants and respective Issuers on the days of registration of the contributions and subscriptions of the installments, permitting them direct access to this information in a secure and timely way.

The name of the report will not change and will be left in the General Mailbox of each Participant and Issuer, location where from they shall gain access to their reports as of this date.

Depósito Central de Valores reports that, according to what was agreed in the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of Madeco S.A., held on April 16, 2014, the decision was taken to change the corporate name of the company to Tech Pack S.A.

The Corporation has requested to a change to the mnemonic code "MADECO" which identified its shares, replacing it by TECHPACK.

In accordance with the preceeding, as of today, Monday, June 23, 2014, Tech Pack S.A. shares will trade under the new stock code identification "TECHPACK".

Depósito Central de Valores informs participants that as of February 13, 2014, the Santiago Chamber of Commerce performed the cancellation of “Curauma S.A.” (CURAUMA) corporation’s registration as the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance cancelled the registration of this corporation in the securities registry through Exempt Resolution N°052 of 13 February 2014.

In accordance with the provisions of DCV’s bylaws (Number 6.1.3), those participants who hold share positions issued by “Curauma S.A.” (CURAUMA) shall proceed to withdraw those securities within 30 days from the date of this notice.

Dear Participant,

During 2010, the Central Bank of Chile (BCCH) and the General Treasury of the Republic (TGRAL) have issued instruments covered by article 104 of the Income Tax Law. As a result, at the time of making the payments associated with the capital events for the mentioned instruments, BCCH, the institution that pays both TGRAL and its own issuances, withholds 4% of the interests associated with the referred payments.

Effective November 2, DCV will issue a report so that Depositors investing in securities covered by the tax benefit may be aware of the amounts to withhold by BCCH as paying institution. This report will be sent to the Web “General Mail Box” for each Depositor and respective principals.
