Depósito Central de Valores informs participants that as of August 12, 2014, the Santiago Stock Exchange executed the cancellation of the inscription of the stock corporation denominated LABORATORIOS ANDROMACO S.A. (ANDROMACO) by means of Exempt Resolution N°198 of August 11, 2014, the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance cancelled the inscription of said company in the securities registry.

In conformance with the provisions set forth in DCV Internal Regulation (Number 6.1.3), those participants who maintain positions of stock issued by LABORATORIOS ANDROMACO S.A. (ANDROMACO) shall withdraw such securities within 30 days from this communication.

Considering the suggestions by participants issuers of Variable Income Securities (IRV), Depósito Central de Valores has made improvements to the report entitled “Incumbent Participants at Closing of Registration”, incorporating a new order to the information provided.

As of Thursday  August 14, 2014, this report, issued by DCV on the date of closing of registration of a new event related to an IRV will be organized according to the participant’s taxpayer ID and trade name in ascending order. The channels for sending the report remain unchanged.

With this improvement, DCV responds to the concerns and needs of participants and will deliver a report where the identification and reading of the information therein contained will be simpler.

As on other occasions, let us remind you that as set forth in the Deposit Agreement and Internal Regulation of Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV), it is each Participants’ responsibility to:

1. Maintain the list of representatives and respective signature registry updated, as well as the list of officials authorized to collect documents or securities from the DCV premises. 2. Appoint a Software Security Administrator to whom DCV provides access to the transactions enabled for the computer registry (PC addresses through which the connection with the Computer System will be carried out) and the User Registry and their enablement as Operators (create and eliminate users, grant or revoke authority to access transactions, determine the timespan of passwords, change secret passwords and define the equipment through which the respective users may execute the connections).

3. Additionally, Participants who have subscribed to the Forward Contracts Centralized Registry service shall maintain the list of representatives with authority to subscribe contracts electronically updated by means of advanced electronic signature, as well as their corresponding electronic certificates.

Considering the preceding, we recommend the review of the Users-Operators appointments and the profiles that your Security Administrator has assigned to each of them to date to operate with DCV.

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that as agreed in Tech Pack S.A. Special Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 16, 2014, the number of shares in which the corporate capital is divided will be reduced. 

The reduction of the current number of shares in which the corporate capital is divided will be carried out by means of trading 1 share per every 100 shares held by shareholders at the closing day of July 4, 2014. The exchange of shares will take place on Monday 7, 2014.

The company may adjust the trade ratio when the number of shares held by each shareholder is not a multiple of 100, being the issuer, in this case, authorized to compensate each shareholder in funds for the part that he would have been entitled to for the shares that remain unredeemed.  Said compensation will be available to shareholders together with the new securities issued born of the redemption and will be paid by means of check deposited in the accounts registered in DCV Registros S.A., the entity that acts as Administrator of the Shareholders’ Registry of the issuing company Tech Pack S.A.

The price per share for the compensation in funds is $3,191 per share, the weighed average of the share transactions during the period of 60 business days between the thirtieth and ninetieth business day prior to the Meeting date.

In accordance with the preceding, Tech Pack S.A. share Depositors will see the referenced automatically applied to their position accounts as of Monday  July 7, 2014.
