Depósito Central de Valores informs its participants that on February 16, 2015, the Santiago Stock Exchange performed the cancellation of the registration of the corporation British American Tobacco Operations SA (CCT)” considering that the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance through Exempt Resolution No. 030 dated February 12, 2015, canceled the registration of the company in the securities register.

In accordance with the provisions of the Internal Regulation of DCV (No. 6.1.3), depositors that maintain a position of shares issued by British American Tobacco Chile SA shall, within 30 days of this notice, effect the removal of those securities.

In conformance with the procedure established in Number 15.1 of the Internal Regulation, Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) informs that the following new statistical reports are available, which may be required and subscribed by participants:

1- Standard Report of Issued Instruments: Available to each issuer regarding their own issues:

Monthly or weekly report which provides detailed information of the type of Instruments issued by the issuer requesting it, and the distribution of same according to the industries holding them in their position accounts.

Fee: 4 Unidades de Fomento (UF) per month with monthly periodicity of the report.

Fee: 8 Unidades de Fomento (UF) per month with weekly periodicity of the report.

2- Pledged Instruments Report: Available to Participants who have pledges in their favor registered with DCV:

Biweekly report which provides detailed information of current pledges registered with DCV on behalf of the Participant requiring the report, in their capacity as counterparty.

Fee: 4 Unidades de Fomento (UF) per month with a biweekly periodicity of the report.

Dear Participant

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that on the occasion of the coming into effect of the Single Funds Act (LUF) and in line with the information published in the e-newsletter of June 26, 2014, issuers of instruments under Article 104 of the Income Tax Law (LIR), to date, the Central Bank of Chile and the General Treasury of the Republic will no longer be responsible for the withholding referred to in the mentioned article. Consequently, DCV will anticipate the issuing of certificates according to the following detail:

1.- Investors who held instruments between January 1 and April 30 of 2014 will be able to:

Withdraw certificates issued by DCV as of December 1, 2014 from the DCV offices located in Avenida Apoquindo 4001, piso 12, Las Condes, Santiago. The certificate only includes information between January 1 and April 30, 2014.
Submit this certificate to the Central Bank of Chile on or before December 31, 2014 if it pertains to the release of the tax withholding established in Article 74, N° 7, of the Income Tax Law.

2.- Investors who acquired instruments subsequent to April 30, 2014 and who were applied a deduction at the time of payment (01-05, 01-06, 01-07, 01-08, 01-09 y 01-10).

DCV shall not issue certificates.
The Central Bank of Chile will not process return requests for these taxpayers.
