More than 10 years of promoting physical, social, and family well-being across our teams.
More than ten years ago, the Central Securities Depository (DCV) launched its Quality of Life Program, aimed at promoting the overall well-being of employees through a variety of initiatives focused on physical, social, and family wellness. These initiatives include health campaigns, team-building activities, active breaks, prevention campaigns, and self-care promotion efforts.

The initiative promotes healthy lifestyles and fosters meaningful experiences that enhance employee satisfaction. This year, activities have included vision care screenings, vaccination drives, healthy cooking workshops, self-care seminars, and celebrations recognizing important commemorative dates.

“Caring for our employees, who make it possible for DCV to meet the challenges of the financial market, is fundamental to us. That is why we promote a healthy work environment, placing people at the center of our decisions,” says Sandra Valenzuela, DCV’s People and Culture Manager.

Each initiative is designed to create experiences that support employees in achieving a healthy work-life balance, while strengthening their personal development, motivation, and overall quality of life.
In the coming months, DCV will continue to promote initiatives and opportunities focused on the well-being and health of its teams.
