CapTable, the infrastructure provided by the Central Securities Depository (DCV), was key to supporting Scalex’s regional expansion.

The alternative financing market added three new Peruvian sponsors, marking a significant step in the consolidation of ScaleX´s regional ecosystem and underscoring the importance of supporting transactions with infrastructure that ensures trust and efficiency.

The alternative financing market of the Santiago Stock Exchange, a subsidiary of nuam, added three new authorized Peruvian sponsors. They are Evolve, a financial consulting firm focused on supporting companies in their growth processes and access to financing; Grupo Coril, a Peruvian financial conglomerate with a strong presence in the capital markets and extensive experience in investment services; and Lu & Asociados, a financial consulting firm specializing in corporate finance and investment banking.

This operation underscores the importance of traceability, security, and transparency. CapTable is part of the trusted ecosystem that DCV brings to the Scalex platform, which in turn strengthens market confidence and efficiency.

“We are pleased to contribute to and strengthen our partnership with ScaleX, both locally and now internationally. It is important for us to work as a strategic partner alongside nuam to develop the capital markets in the region,” said Javier Jara , DCV’s Product and Business Development Manager.

The addition of these sponsors is part of ScaleX’s regional expansion strategy and the stock market integration process among Chile, Colombia, and Peru led by nuam, which aims to strengthen the liquidity, diversity, and depth of the regional capital market.

“The addition of these sponsors represents an important milestone for ScaleX. Their experience and knowledge of the local market will help identify and support companies with growth potential, connecting them with new financing opportunities through the capital markets. Our goal is to continue strengthening an ecosystem that connects more companies with investors and contributes to the region’s economic development,” said Jaime Herrera, Business Development Manager at nuam.
