New Dividend Reconciliation Report. DCV Registros

At DCV Registros, we are implementing changes to the dividend reconciliation report.

The changes are intended to strengthen data protection by adhering to best practices in information security and personal data protection. This will also improve the process of generating and distributing the report.

The new report considers:

• Simplified content; removing duplicate information and retaining only what is necessary to understand the status of each dividend and the transactions that account for its balance.
• Only transactions corresponding to the reporting period, significantly streamlining the generation and submission of reports.
• Deliver the information during the first few days of each month, providing more timely access to the information for review.
