Remember

1. As of August 18, depositors must process liquidity returns for the International Custody (CI) and Foreign Securities Market (MVE) services themselves (bulletin dated May 26, 2026).
2. Citibank conducts special reviews of outbound transactions for amounts of USD $19,999,999 or more. Therefore, it is not recommended to initiate large outbound transactions close to closing times, as the review may take longer or the custodian may conduct the review the following day.
3. Closing times for Cross-border Custody and Settlement.
