Dear Shareholders,
DCV Registros, on behalf of Falabella S.A., hereby informs you that the interim dividend approved by the Board of Directors on September 29, 2026, against the profits for fiscal year 2026, will be paid on October 22, 2026, to shareholders registered in the Shareholders’ Registry as of October 16, 2026.
Furthermore, if the National Reconstruction and Economic and Social Development Bill is published in the Official Gazette no later than October 20, 2026, Falabella will make available to its shareholders a procedure allowing them to elect to pay the substitute tax on the Company’s accumulated earnings, in lieu of final taxes, in accordance with the new regulations.
