DCV reminds you that, as previously communicated in the September 1, 2026 bulletin, the cut-off times for international custodians will be adjusted due to daylight saving time changes in the countries where our foreign custodians are located:
Time change in Belgium (Euroclear) effective October 25, 2026.
Time change in the United States, New York (Citibank) effective November 1, 2026.
The applicable cut-off times for both the submission of instructions through DCVe and the receipt of transaction funds are available in the International Custody Service Operations Guide.

Furthermore, we remind depositors who manage their own liquidity returns (self-return process) to take into account our custodians’ cut-off times when instructing cash transfers. Accordingly, we kindly ask you to take the necessary measures to avoid submitting instructions after the established deadlines in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
This cut-off schedule will remain in effect until March 2027.
