DCV and DCV Registros announce their hours of operation. Thursday, September 17, 2026

Dear depositors, issuers, and shareholders,

The DCV and its subsidiary, DCV Registros, are announcing the operating hours for National and International Custody Services and Shareholder and Contributor Registry Administration Services for Thursday, September 17, 2026.

DCV

• The Customer Service Desk (MAC) will be open during normal business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• The registration and settlement of transactions on the DCVe will continue to operate during normal business hours until 6:30 p.m.
• The hours for accepting equity deposits and withdrawals will remain until 1:30 p.m., and teller services will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by appointment only.
• NOTE: SERCOR has reported that it accepts transfers until 1:00 p.m. Therefore, related transactions must be received by the DCV no later than 12:50 p.m. Transactions received after this time will be processed at the discretion of SERCOR, and the DCV assumes no responsibility for them.

• The International Custody Service will operate during normal business hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in accordance with the settlement schedules of our foreign custodians.
• We remind you that liquidity returns for the International Custody Service may be processed on Chilean holidays when those holidays coincide with business days for international custodians. To do so,the client must notify us by email at [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the holiday on which they need the transaction to be processed.
