Dear Participants,

El Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) reports that it has identified securities deposited with the DCV for which the CMF has canceled the registration of the company and its shares in the Securities Registry.

n accordance with the provisions of the DCV’s Internal Regulations (Section 6.1.3), depositors who hold positions in the instrument listed below must withdraw those securities within 30 days of the date of this notice.

The procedure for closing out positions is as follows:

• Please confirm that your company has users created and profiles assigned on the DCV Evolución (DCVe) Platform to process the withdrawal of positions.
• From the “Depósito y retiro de renta variable digital” Platform, you must submit the withdrawal order with signatures from witnesses and authorized representatives.
• Once the withdrawal has been approved and executed, the positions will be deducted from the securities account in the DCV, which can be verified by generating a position certificate or by checking the account directly on DCVe.
