More than 250 Depósito Central de Valores clients joined this traditional meeting, where they could share their points of view on the economy and the development prospects of the capital market.
On Wednesday, November 22, Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) celebrated its annual meeting with operators and representatives of different institutions of the local financial market.
More than 250 people attended the meeting where the Business and Customer Experience Manager, Claudio Garín, on behalf of Rodrigo Roblero, highlighted the main milestones of 2023 and talked about the challenges for the upcoming years, among which he noted the strengthening of the Company's services and processes through the adoption of international best practices in securities custody and settlement, and being prepared for the irruption of new technologies.
"One of the main pillars of the DCV team is having our clients at the center of our work. Due to this, we are conducting important improvement processes that will be informed timely, and where we are focused on strengthening our central service and promoting other areas of our market," said Claudio Garín.
He also thanked on behalf of DCV for the collaborative work in different instances, such as the depositors' committees or bilateral meetings with clients, whose aim is to "always listen to their input to implement any necessary improvements, both at a products level and in the quality of our service," he added.
