Dear Participants,

Depósito Central de Valores S.A. informs you that a new security eligible for custody at DCV called Payment Document (DDP) has been included and will be created under the new "DDP issued by the FET - Law 21472" asset class.

In response to the Ministry of Energy Law No. 21.472 of 2022, which creates a Tariff Stabilization Fund and establishes a new transitional stabilization mechanism for electricity prices for customers subject to price regulation, articles 7 and 8, clause 2 of the mentioned law establishes that the Ministry of Finance will issue a credit certificate transferable to order after verifying the information of the billing documents received and verified by the Independent Coordinator of the National Electric System, similarly, the Treasury, according to articles 7 and 10 of the law must make the corresponding payments, to the bearer of the payment document (DDP) issued according to article 8, such payment document can be deposited at DCV and will be created under the new previously mentioned asset class.
