As part of the modernization strategy led by DCV Registros S.A., a subsidiary of the Central Securities Depository (DCV), the company has entered into a strategic alliance with global financial technology firm Montran to modernize its technological platform for shareholder registry services for corporations and contributor registries for investment funds.

The initiative aims to automate and digitize critical processes, strengthen Chile’s market infrastructure, and significantly enhance the experience of issuers and investors through more efficient, secure, and transparent services.

Modernization aligned with international standards

The new platform, scheduled for implementation within two years, will optimize and fully digitize processes related to the lifecycle management of shares and investment fund units. It will incorporate advanced functionalities for corporate actions, treasury operations, and digital interaction channels for issuers and investors.

In addition, the platform will support international standards such as ISO 20022, enabling greater efficiency, interoperability, and security in information exchange among market participants.
