The Depósito Central de Valores, strengthening its organizational management and the well-being of its employees.
A fundamental part of DCV’s role is to provide infrastructure for the capital market through excellence in execution, risk management, and constant technological adoption, thereby ensuring confidence in operations and in the financial system in general. That confidence is also built within the organization.
In this context, and for the second consecutive year, DCV obtained Great Place to Work certification, strengthening its organizational management and the well-being of its employees.

The survey was conducted in October 2025, achieving a participation rate of 94%, well above the market benchmark of around 80%, which gives the results a high level of reliability. The DCV obtained a 79% favorability rating among its employees, far exceeding the 70% required for certification.
This level of participation reflects the teams’ sustained commitment to the survey. Thus, this second certification consolidates a trend and reflects the maturity of the work carried out in terms of work environment.

“Our goal is not to appear in a ranking, but to genuinely understand how our teams are doing and what we need to improve,” says Sandra Valenzuela, DCV’s People and Culture Manager. She also points out that the high response rate shows that employees trust the process and know that concrete actions will be implemented based on this assessment.
The survey also included a qualitative component, which collected 346 comments, distributed equally between positive feedback and opportunities for improvement. According to Sandra Valenzuela, these contributions help guide specific action plans that are developed in conjunction with the leaders of each department; adjust benefits; strengthen the quality of life program; and advance new initiatives in the areas of work-life balance, diversity and inclusion, and benefits associated with time and well-being.

For her part, Paola Hernández, Business Partner at DCV, adds that this result confirms the harmony between the organization and its teams, since “the opportunities for improvement that appear in the survey are issues that we had already mapped out. This speaks to a real connection between the company and its people, and provides us with concrete information and ideas to continue working on throughout the year.”
In this way, the 2025 certification is consolidated as a milestone that validates the work carried out by more than 160 DCV employees and, at the same time, as a management tool that guides the continuous improvement and sustainability of the company.
