Circular Letter N° 365 “Updating Legal Representatives and Contacts”

Dear Participants,

Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV) reminds you that according to the provisions of the Deposit Contract and the current Internal Regulations, Participants are responsible for the following:

Assigning Security Administrators and keeping their information updated (considering at least two per company) and enabling Users (assigning Treasury, transactions, custody, pledges, reports, file transfer folder privileges, etc.)

Keeping the list of their legal representatives and their corresponding signature registrations (please refer to the information described in Circular 340 No. 6 published on December 27, 2021) and the list of managers authorized to withdraw documents or securities from the facilities of DCV updated.

With respect to equity securities, please consider the provisions of Circular No. 362 of 2024 on the New Digital Service for Equity Instruments Deposit and Withdrawal.

Keeping the list of managers, assistant managers, and other executives or other associates, with their corresponding contact information, including their address, telephone number, and email address, up to date to keep current records of those to whom DCV must submit information.
