Depósito Central de Valores S.A. reminds you that, according to the provisions of the Deposit Contract and the current Internal Regulations, Participants are responsible for the following:
- Keep the list of their legal representatives with signatures registered, along with the list of authorized associates to withdraw documents or securities from DCV facilities, updated.
- Keep an up-to-date list of managers, assistant managers, and other representatives or associates, including their contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, to ensure accurate records of those DCV must contact.
- If you would like to obtain information on the legal representatives and the associates registered by your institution to date, please contact the Help Desk at [email protected] or call (+56) 223939001 393 9001 to make any updates if needed.
- Designate and regularly update Security Administrators (at least two per company), and manage user permissions—such as privileges for the treasury department, transactions, custody, pledges, reports, and file transfer folders—and disable or suspend access when needed to ensure only authorized personnel can access.
NOTE: The information provided will be used solely for the specified lawful purposes, and under no circumstances will it be shared with third parties outside the participant, in accordance with Law No. 19,628 and Law 21,719, which will soon take effect.
