Dear Depositors,

As you are aware, Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV), offers depositors the custody service for securities kept abroad by receiving securities in accounts opened by DCV in International Custodians.

For these purposes, DCV has entered into agreements with international custodians to open securities and cash accounts, facilitate the settlement of transactions, and carry out the procedures associated with the exercise of capital rights.

All of the above are framed within a highly competitive service with all the benefits of security, transparency, and quality that characterize DCV.

We would like to remind depositors that the service is governed by the provisions of the Internal Regulations of DCV, by the International Custody Annex, by the provisions of the Operating Guide of the service published at www.dcv.cland the specific rules that each of the International Custodians impose to operate, which shall be binding for the depositor and its investors. Those participants who operate through a third-party account are responsible for informing their investors about the rules and the circumstances to which they apply.

By means of this circular, we hereby communicate to depositors the regulations received from our International Custodians, which we invite you to review.
