Register’s Administration. Register and transaction information is closer than ever before

Dear Issuers,

DCV Registros would like to inform you that we have a new digital platform for shareholders/investors register and transaction queries, where we provide you with a modern, agile, and secure tool to access the information you need, when you need it.

Main benefits:

1. Log in to the “Client Center” section on the DCV website   www.dcv.cl.
   
   
2. In the left menu, SECTIONS, look for “Issuers and Fintech” and then access the “Issuer Queries and Reports” site.
   
   
3. You must have a user created; if you don’t, look for the “User Registration” option in the SECTIONS menu. A page will open where you must complete all the fields correctly to create your user. Remember to properly store your login credentials, as they are for personal use.
   
   
4. The new query site requires two-factor authentication through the “RSA Authenticator” application that you will need to install on your mobile device.
   
   
5. Complete the “DCV Registros user administration request form” with the data of the users created in item n°3. The specifications to complete it are detailed in the same item.
   
   
6. Once;
   • You have created your user (item 3),
   • you have installed the RSA application (item 4), and
   • you have completed the form (item 5),

   any of the persons declared in the matrix of authorized personnel of the issuer must contact the Help Desk, MAC, at [email protected], attaching the completed form. Then, we will guide you through the following steps.
