Please Remember the Following Recommendations for the Activation of SRAD on October 20, 2025, in Productive Mode.

Dear Participants,

We remind you of the information shared in previous newsletters and reiterate that on Monday, October 20, and throughout the day, we will operate from the Disaster Recovery Site (SRAD), returning to the main site in Santiago on Tuesday, October 21, as usual.

Keep these considerations in mind for your connections:

• All DCV platforms will operate from the SRAD using the same credentials already known and available in the ‘Client Center‘ section of the website www.dcv.cl.
• To ensure adequate access to the systems, DCV recommends conducting Monday operations from each entity’s offices.
• To connect from your company’s offices, the public IP(s) used to access DCV services must be previously registered and approved by DCV.
• For remote work users, it is essential that VPN routing to the reported IPs is correctly enabled, ensuring access to DCV sites always routes through the corporate IP.
• In case of connection problems, DCV has arranged backup options at its offices (Av. Apoquindo 4001, floor 4, and Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor), where they will be able to use contingency-enabled PCs or connect with their own equipment via the Wi-Fi network to operate directly on the DCV systems.
• Any request for coordination must be previously made with the Help Desk (MAC) by writing to [email protected].
• Maintain the technical configurations established so far, as outlined in the downloadable document.

All official service details will be available on the DCV website. Please keep this communication channel open to receive any relevant information promptly.

The Help Desk will operate starting at 8:00 a.m., and teams from the commercial and customer service areas will be available in the offices for any contingency.
