Dear Depositors,
In the context of the merger between BICE and SECURITY Banks, which has been approved by the Financial Market Commission (CMF) and is set to occur on November 1, 2025, with Banco Security being absorbed by Banco BICE, we would like to clarify the following information:
- As of November 3, 2025, all high-value payment planning (DvP) that our clients make on the DCV Evolution Platform (DCVe), whether purchases or sales, and where the cash accounts are from SECURITY Bank, must consider that they will now be registered under Banco BICE and must be selected from that entity. There will be no DvP under Banco Security.
