Dear Depositors,
As on previous occasions and in accordance with General Rule (NCG) 223, dated August 22, 2008, Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) reminds its depositors to register their investors’ information with DCV for proper account identification, in order to comply with the obligations established by the aforementioned general rule.
The required information includes the investors’ names, last names or business names, addresses, and email addresses.Your entity must register and update all this information at least every 6 months in the DCV Evolution (DCVe) platform, Accounts and Investors module → Investors option.
DCV will use this information to send statements showing the balances and transactions of the relevant nominee accounts under their management. Therefore, that information needs to be accurately recorded and regularly updated.
The above should be considered in conjunction with the information provided in the quarterly email sent by DCV regarding incorrect investor email addresses, in which it is requested that any inaccurate information be corrected.
