DCV Operational Resilience Activation of the SRAD as a Productive Site

03 OF SEPTEMBER, 2025 | 261

Reading time: 3 minutes

Dear Participants,

As you are aware, on August 23rd, we conducted an activation test of our disaster recovery site (SRAD), which involved 80 clients and 140 users. During the test, we verified, among other aspects, the connectivity process to the DCV services.

This exercise is part of the company’s strategic initiative to continue strengthening the resilience capabilities of our infrastructure to face crisis scenarios that could affect our company’s infrastructure.

In this activity, we identified certain ways in which our clients have configured the connection to DCV, a situation that caused some companies to be unable to connect effectively.

This diagnosis allows us to anticipate that, in order to guarantee effective connectivity to this site, where its activation as the main productive site is planned for September 29th, all institutions must perform and validate the following technical configurations of connectivity to DCV, with emphasis on those institutions that did not participate in the exercise and those that presented problems in connecting to DCV:

  1. Enable Firewall access to the following IP addresses:
    • 190.110.110.205
    • 200.27.150.237
    • 200.126.107.77
    • Puerto 443
  1. For remote working users, enable VPN routing to these IPs to access SRAD via the corporate IP.
  2. Keep exclusions on your organization’s browser proxy to the following service URLs:

Once the above configuration is complete, all companies must perform the following validation and submit the evidence.

  1. Verify that you have access to the SRAD site: https://dcvevolucion-landing.dcv.cl/.
  2. If you have connected correctly, you will see this screen:

  1. Finally, send the evidence (screenshot) of your successful connection to [email protected]. This evidence is required to be submitted by at least one operator and one security administrator per company.

NOTE: as the configuration requested in items 1 to 3 applies to your entire company, it is sufficient that one user and one administrator can correctly reach the “Landing Page SRAD DCV” so that the rest of your colleagues can also do so without problems.

On the other hand, those customers who, during the connectivity exercise on August 23rd, were able to validate their access to DCV successfully, we recommend that they keep their current configurations unchanged and avoid modifications to their security policies prior to September 29th, in order to safeguard the continuity of connectivity on the day of the activation of the SRAD as a productive site.

The commercial and customer service teams will be available to support them, to ensure adequate preparation prior to the operation on the date indicated above.
