DCV INFORMS: Redbanc testing incident for RBI

Dear Participants,

DCV informs you that the test mentioned in the newsletter “Considerations during production testing for the new RBI plus service” has an issue with the file consumption process sent by RBI to DCV. It has been determined that the cause of the error is due to the length of the logical name of the files. Given the above, and while Redbanc does not identify the root cause, we request that the file name be limited to a maximum of 12 characters (including the .DAT extension) for proper receipt and processing of the files.

Additionally, we remind you that DCV has provided the profile 077E – Content Subscriber – Channels, which can be granted by your Security Administrator, enabling timely changes to the transmission channel of files and reports as necessary.
