DCV INFORMS: Considerations during production testing for the new RBI plus service

Dear Participants,

DCV informs you that Redbanc will conduct production tests for the new RBI plus service from the early morning of November 6 to Sunday, November 9. Therefore, the following considerations are requested:

1. If you receive the R119, R115, and/or R043 reports from RBI, make sure to retrieve your reports for 11/05 and 11/07 before 11:30 p.m., as they won’t be available the next business day.
2. RBI will not be available as a communication channel with DCV from Wednesday, 11/05, at 11:30 p.m. to Thursday, 11/06, at 05:00 a.m., and from Friday, 11/07, at 11:30 p.m. to Sunday, 11/09, at 9:00 p.m. Any files delivered to DCV within that time range will not be received by DCV.
3. Corporate Action reports and others received by RBI, usually between 12:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., will be sent on Thursday, 11/06, at 5:00 a.m., to ensure they are correctly received through the current RBI.

All other channels, such as report delivery and PTW file import, will continue to function as normal. If you need to change the channel for sending files and/or receiving reports, you can make the modification considering the available profile for that purpose.
