Reminder of withdrawal of positions in DCV custody for delisted and non-existent companies

Dear Depositors,

The Central Securities Depository reminds you that,, in accordance with the provisions of its Internal Regulations (section 6.1.3), depositors who have holdings in custody issued by corporations whose registration in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) has been canceled and has not been verified, must withdraw these securities between December 2, 2024 and March 31, 2025, assuming the task of processing the transfer with the corresponding issuer.

The procedure for the withdrawal is as follows:

1. Confirm that your company has created users and assigned profiles in the DCV Evolution Platform (DCVe) to withdraw holdings.
2. Subscribe or validate if you have subscribed to the Protocol – Depositor by means of the adhesion form.
3. Inform the Help Desk – MAC ([email protected]) of the day on which the withdrawal order will be registered using the digital service that DCV has made available or send the form by e-mail to custodia_[email protected].
4. Once the withdrawal is approved and executed, the holdings will be deducted from the securities account at DCVe, which may be validated by generating a holdings certificate or checking the account directly at DCVe.
