Dear Depositors,
The Depósito Central de Valores informs the clients of the Foreign Securities Market Service about the application of new rates; the principal purpose to encourage the volumes of “cross border” operations.
The new rates will be effective as of May 1st of this year, and the changes are described below:

*The “custody” concept will depend on where the custodied instrument is located at the international level, whether it is via DTCC or Euroclear.
Additionally, for each operation of the “cross border” type, the following rates will be applied:
- For each Tx cross border of shares (equity), US$0.03 per unit (par value) of the instrument is applied.
- For each Tx cross border ETF (Ishares), US$0.02 per unit (par value) of the instrument is applied.
- A minimum charge of US$10 is applied for the cross-border operations described above. This minimum fee will be applied regardless of the market value of the traded instrument.
