Important Information Regarding Schedule Changes and Operating Hours for Thursday, April 2

Dear depositors, issuers, and shareholders;

1.-Important Information for Depositors and Issuers Regarding the Time Change.
Due to the time zone change in Chile scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2026, to ensure proper operation and access starting Monday, April 6, 2026, please verify that your mobile phone (where you have the SecurID – RSA token) and your computer (which you use to access our platforms) are updated with the new time zone.

2.-Operating Hours and Services for Thursday, April 2, 2026
The DCV and its subsidiary, DCV Registros, announce the operating hours for its Domestic and International Custody Services and its Shareholder and Contributor Registry Administration Services.

DCV

• The Customer Service Desk (MAC) will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• The registration and settlement of transactions on the DCVe will continue to operate on its normal schedule until 6:30 p.m.
• The Equity Deposits and Withdrawals service will accept requests until 1:30 p.m., and teller services will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by appointment only.
• The email address for scheduling appointments for services related to DCV custody is [email protected].
• The International Custody service operates during normal hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., in accordance with the settlement schedules of our foreign custodians.

DCV REGISTROS

• In-person service at the office will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by appointment only. Please email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
• Phone and email support through the DCV Registros Customer Service Desk will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For its part, the Central Bank of Chile has announced an extraordinary reduction in the operating hours of the LBTR system for Thursday, April 2, amounting to a 60-minute reduction from the usual schedule.
