Dear Depositors,
A new board of directors was elected at a Special Shareholders’ Meeting of Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) and its subsidiaries held on October 29, 2024.
Marcelo Mosso G. and César Soto C. joined the Board.
Marcelo Mosso G. is a civil industrial engineer from Universidad de Chile and currently serves as general manager of the Asociación de Aseguradores de Chile A.G. (Chilean Insurers Association).
César Soto C. is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and currently works as a tax and compliance officer of AFP Capital S.A.
The Board of Directors was thus formed by Juan Andrés Camus C., Arturo Concha U., Sergio Concha M., Héctor Herrera E., José Antonio Martínez Z., Marcelo Mosso G., Miguel Mata H., Cristian Rodríguez A., César Soto C., and Guillermo Tagle Q.
At the board meeting of the same date, the newly elected board appointed Guillermo Tagle Q. as Chair of the Company and Hector Herrera E. as Vice-Chair.
The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Jaime Munita V. and Mr. Jorge Claude B. for their efforts while they were directors.
