Dear Depositors, Issuers, and Shareholders,
DCV and its subsidiary, DCV Registros, would like to inform you about the operating hours for the Local and Cross-Border Custody Services and the Shareholders’ and Investors’ Register’s Administration for Tuesday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

| The Help Desk will answer your inquiries from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the 24th and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the 31st.DCVe will maintain its normal operating hours for the registration and settlement of transactions until 6:30 p.m. on the 24th. On the 31st, DCVe will only be available for queries and access to reports.The reception of Equity Deposits and Withdrawals will end at 1:30 p.m., and the cashier service will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with an appointment on the 24th and 31st. The DCV custody service will be closed to the public due to a national bank holiday. |

| Cross-border custody services will be provided during regular working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., according to the settlement times of our foreign custodians. |
