Dear Participants,
Depósito Central de Valores reminds and updates the information of the current correspondent banks of the Cross-Border Custody Service for the custodian Euroclear SA/NV in USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD currencies. This information was provided in the Settlement Instructions at the time of initiating transactions through this custodian.
The following are the fines imposed by Euroclear for not complying with this information:
- Use of another correspondent bank, not included in the attached table, 100 EUR.
- Failure to inform/provide the 5-digit account in the transfer message, generating manual intervention of Euroclear, 30 EUR.
IMPORTANT: The Euroclear securities account number (5 digits) must be provided in the transfer message.
EIn the case of requesting DCV to settle transactions in a currency other than those mentioned above, please request the coordinates of the correspondent bank to the Customer Service Desk (MAC).
Due to the above, we request all depositors using Euroclear to coordinate the correct remittance of funds with their commercial/correspondent banks, in accordance with the aforementioned, so as not to incur in extraordinary charges.
