Dear participants,

DCV would like to remind you of the schedules and guidelines for the Digital Equity Instruments Deposit and Withdrawal service, which incorporates automation and digitization into a platform that complements DCV Evolución (DCVe), in addition to offering significant benefits to issuers and depositors.

• DCV Custody accepts orders submitted via the app from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. daily. (Orders submitted outside these hours will not be processed.)
• If submitting a paper form, the form must include handwritten signatures. Copies or photocopies are not permitted. Business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., by appointment only; please contact [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
• To request processing outside of business hours, you must notify DCV Custody via email at [email protected], indicating the request for an exception so that the feasibility of the request can be evaluated. The request is not binding on DCV and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
