DCV and its subsidiary, DCV Registros, would like to inform you about the operating hours for the Local and Cross-Border Custody Services and the Shareholders’ and Investors’ Register’s Administration for Wednesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

DCV

• DCV and its subsidiary, DCV Registros, would like to inform you about the operating hours for the Local and Cross-Border Custody Services and the Shareholders’ and Investors’ Register’s Administration for Wednesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
  • 24 dic: de 9:00 a 18:00 horas.
  • 31 dic: de 9:00 a 16:00 horas.
• The transactions settlement and registry service in DCVe will close at 6:30 p.m. as usual on the 24th. On the 31st, DCVe will only be available for searching and accessing reports.
• On the 24th, Equity Deposit and Withdrawal forms will be received until 1:30 p.m., and the cashier service will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by appointment. On the 31st, the DCV Custody service will be unavailable due to a bank holiday.
• The email address to schedule an appointment for services related to DCV Custody is [email protected].
• Cross-Border Custody services will be available during regular business hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., based on the settlement times of our foreign custodians.

DCV REGISTROS

• The office will be open to the public from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., scheduling an appointment at [email protected]. On the 31st, the office will be closed.
• The DCV Registros Help Desk will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days.

DCV ASESORÍAS Y SERVICIOS

• Forward Service: Since the December 31, 2025, bank holiday has been reinstated, we inform companies with contracts set to settle on 12/31/2025 that these will now automatically settle on 01/02/2026. Furthermore, it is important to note that on January 2, 2026, no modifications may be made to such contracts (including extensions or amendments to the conditions). If this automatic update does not meet expectations in the originally negotiated forward contract, we recommend you review its adjustment before 12/31/2025.
• Active Members Recognition Bonds Service: Since the December 31, 2025, bank holiday has been reinstated, no statements will be received after that date. December 30, 2025, remains the last day for current operations. Therefore, reconciliations should consider 12/30/2025 as the closing date.

Additionally, the Santiago Stock Exchange (NUAM) has announced that it will shorten trading hours on the 24th and 30th, closing at 1:00 p.m., with no impact on settlement processes. The CCLV settlement will not have any schedule changes or reduced service.

The Central Bank of Chile has announced that on Tuesday, December 24, its RTGS System will close an additional 60 minutes earlier than usual. On the other hand, the schedules for Tuesday, 30, will remain unchanged and will be as normal.
