Start of the quarterly process

We inform you that we are beginning the confirmation period for balances in custody for the last quarter of 2025, with information as of December 31, 2025. This process starts on January 7 and continues until February 4, 2026.

It is important to note that, since this is a platform still in development, we have been adding modules for confirming balances held in custody. On this occasion, we will perform the final step concurrently to verify the balances of Fixed Income and Financial Intermediation issuers.

As a result, the process will proceed as follows:

• Confirmation of balances in custody made by depositors and issuers of equity: It is done through a digital application only.
• Confirmation of fixed income and financial intermediation balances, meaning the institution as an issuer: This is done concurrently using confirmation methods through letters sent by the Supervisory Committee auditors.
• The link to access the balance confirmation platform is on the DCV website at www.dcv.cl, in the ‘Customer Accesses’ section under the ‘Balance Confirmation’ option.

It is essential that users assigned to perform this task have the necessary profiles in the digital application for balance confirmation. Each participant’s security administrator must perform this activity on the DCV Evolution Platform (DCVe). If any participants lack access to DCVe, they should contact the Help Desk, MAC, to request the necessary authorization.
