Dear Participants,
We are reaching the end of the quarterly balance confirmation process mandated by the Surveillance Committee.
As informed in the newsletter of January 14, DCV launched a new simple and intuitive digital application, which allows the process to be carried out in a first trial run stage in parallel for the confirmation of depositor balances, not considering equity, fixed income, or money market issuances, which will be implemented gradually in subsequent processes.
Along with reminding you that the process will end on Friday, February 7, we would like to inform you that DCV will leave the digital platform for balance confirmation available until March 14 so that depositors can request user profiles from their respective security administrators to practice and become familiar with the new application that will soon be the only way in which quarterly balance confirmations will be made.
Please download the Operation Manual of the application for the confirmation of balances held in custody. It provides a step-by-step description of the process.
