Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores (dcv) informs its participants that the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) – Financial Market Commission, through Exempt Resolution 3513 of April 17, 2024, canceled the registration of the shares of “AES Andes S.A.” (AESANDES), Taxpayer ID number 94.272.000-9, in the Securities Register at the request of the company itself.
Similarly, on April 18, 2024, the Santiago Stock Exchange canceled the corporation’s registration.
According to the provisions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), Depositors with holdings in “AES Andes S.A.” (AESANDES) must withdraw those securities within 30 days of this communication.
