Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores informs its participants that Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) – Financial Market Commission through Exempt Resolution No. 3114 of April 3, 2024, canceled the registration of shares of Agrícola Nacional S.A.C. e I. (ANASAC) Taxpayer ID number 91.253.000-0, in the Securities Register as requested by the Corporation.
Similarly, on April 4, 2024, the Santiago Stock Exchange canceled the registration of the mentioned Corporation.
According to the provisions of DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), the Depositors who have holdings in Agrícola Nacional S.A.C. e I. (ANASAC) must withdraw those securities within 30 days from this communication.
